Our Commissions
Nine thematic commissions structure AIFE's work, from membership to international cooperation.
Each commission carries a specific mission in service of the members and the association's strategy. They work in synergy, coordinated by the Executive Board.
Membership — Member Services
- Prepare a monograph of women-led businesses in each region of Morocco.
- Map women entrepreneurs in the regions by profession.
- Negotiate preferential rates with partners for members.
- Gather members' needs and relay them to the relevant commissions.
Advocacy and Institutional Relations
- Carry AIFE's voice to public, private, diplomatic and multilateral institutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with ministries, local authorities, embassies and international bodies.
- Lead advocacy campaigns for women's leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Organise institutional meetings and high-level conferences.
Partnerships and Funding
- Develop lasting partnerships with public, private, non-profit and international actors.
- Identify and mobilise funding sources: grants, funds, patronage, sponsorship.
- Prepare funding applications in response to calls for projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the partnerships and funding obtained, in full transparency.
Project Development — Startup Support
- Design, structure and steer innovative projects linked to the association's objectives.
- Identify funding opportunities: calls for projects, international funds, cooperation.
- Ensure the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects with partners.
- Capitalise on good practice and produce reusable methodological tools.
Africa and International Cooperation
- Strengthen South-South and North-South cooperation through exchanges and joint projects.
- Represent AIFE in international forums, networks and platforms.
- Integrate African women entrepreneurs into regional and global value chains.
- Facilitate economic missions, study trips and intercultural exchanges.
Training — Mentoring and Capacity Building
- Design training programmes suited to each stage of the entrepreneurial journey.
- Develop modules: leadership, management, innovation, digital, communication, governance.
- Set up a structured mentoring programme with women role models.
- Organise workshops, boot camps, master classes and webinars.
Youth Support and Business Creation
- Encourage the entrepreneurial spirit among young women, particularly in rural areas.
- Support business creation: ideation, business plan, formalisation, funding.
- Organise project competitions, incubation, boot camps and master classes dedicated to youth.
- Provide post-creation follow-up: management, growth and sustainability.
Events and Regional & National Engagement
- Design and organise forums, conferences, seminars, trade fairs and business meetings.
- Drive the association's community life in every region and country represented.
- Celebrate members' talents and successes: awards, testimonials, visibility events.
- Document and capitalise on events as tools for outreach.
Visibility and AI — Communication — Media
- Define and steer AIFE's overall communication strategy and brand image.
- Ensure the association's visibility in traditional media and on social networks.
- Integrate artificial intelligence: multilingual content, strategic monitoring, smart community engagement.
- Train members in modern communication tools and their online image.
