The Association Internationale Femmes Entrepreneures (AIFE) attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy. This notice explains which personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with law no. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data we collect

When you use one of our request forms (membership, contact, application or document request), we collect only the information you provide to us: your name, your email address, your telephone number (optional), your country and your message.

Why we use it

Your data is used solely to process your request and to contact you directly. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

How it is processed

The site has no database and no member area. Your request is sent to us by email: this message constitutes the only record of your request, and the association replies to you directly, offline.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as is necessary to process your request and to follow up the relationship, and is then deleted.

Your rights

In accordance with law 09-08, you have a right of access to, rectification of and objection to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to us at the address given on the Contact page. You may also refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP).
