1. Official Appointment
The International President of AIFE, in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations of the association, and after validation by the International Executive Board, appoints the Regional Delegate President for her region. The appointment is formalised in an official act signed in Agadir by the International President and the Delegate President.
2. Missions
In her capacity as Regional Delegate President, she is responsible for: representing AIFE at the level of her region; developing, uniting and energising the network of women entrepreneurs in her region; drawing up an annual action plan to be validated by the Executive Board before implementation; organising activities, events and programmes consistent with AIFE's vision; managing the members of her region; working closely with the International Board; upholding the values, ethics and image of AIFE.
3. Annual Action Plan
An annual action plan is drawn up for the region and submitted to the Executive Board for validation before any implementation.
4. Fees and Transfer
The Delegate President manages the members of her region and ensures that 20% of membership fees are transferred to the account of the AIFE headquarters, held with BOA — Bank Of Africa.
5. Activity Report
A quarterly report on all activities and memberships is submitted to the International Board.
6. Term of Appointment
The appointment takes effect on the date set in the official act, for a term of three (3) years, non-renewable.
7. Commitment
The Delegate President accepts the obligations inherent in her mission and undertakes to respect: the AIFE statutes, the internal regulations, the code of ethics, as well as the visual identity and communication rules.
