Annex — International Ambassador

1. Official Appointment
The International President of AIFE, in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations of the association, and after validation by the International Executive Board, appoints the AIFE Ambassador for her country. The appointment is formalised in an official act signed in Agadir by the International President and the Ambassador.
2. Missions
In her capacity as Ambassador, her missions are to: officially represent AIFE in her country of residence; develop a structured, active and dynamic AIFE National Chapter there; draw up an annual action plan to be validated by the International Board; promote women's leadership and entrepreneurship among local institutions and partners; organise national events, conferences, workshops and programmes; manage local memberships; support international cooperation; respect the ethics, image and strategic orientations of AIFE.
3. Annual Action Plan
An annual action plan is drawn up for the country and submitted to the International Board for validation.
4. Fees and Share
The Ambassador manages the local memberships of her country and ensures the transfer to the AIFE headquarters of the share set by the statutes and internal regulations: €30 for Africa, €50 for international outside Africa, to the headquarters account held with BOA — Bank Of Africa.
5. Activity Report
A half-yearly report on activities and memberships is submitted to the International Board.
6. Term of Appointment
The appointment is valid from the date set in the official act, for a term of three (3) years, non-renewable.
7. Commitment
The Ambassador undertakes to carry out her role with responsibility, integrity, neutrality, kindness and professionalism. She fully adheres to the statutes, the internal regulations and the international charter of AIFE.
