Coaching session — Women's Leadership

AIFE offers a group coaching session dedicated to women's leadership: leadership presence, self-confidence, public speaking and asserting oneself in decision-making bodies.

On the programme

Guided by experienced coaches and mentors from the network, participants work in small groups on concrete scenarios, with personalised feedback and an individual progression plan.
