Role & missions
The missions of the Ambassador
Appointed by the International President, in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations and after validation by the International Executive Board, the Ambassador embodies AIFE in her country of residence.

Develop a structured, active and dynamic AIFE National Chapter in her country.

Draw up an annual action plan, validated by the International Board.

Promote women's leadership and entrepreneurship among local institutions, organisations and partners.

Organise national events, conferences, workshops and programmes in her country.

Manage local memberships and ensure the transfer of the agreed share to the AIFE headquarters.

Support international cooperation between her country and AIFE members.

Submit a half-yearly report on activities and memberships.

Respect the ethics, image and strategic orientations of AIFE.
Appointment
The act of appointment and its framework
The appointment is formalised in an official act signed by the International President and the Ambassador. This act cannot be downloaded online: it is drawn up and handed over directly by the association following a personal conversation. Here is its framework:
Annual action plan
A national action plan is drawn up each year and submitted to the International Board for validation.
Membership fees
Local memberships are managed within the country; the share transferred to headquarters is €30 (Africa) or €50 (international outside Africa), in accordance with the statutes.
Half-yearly report
A half-yearly report on activities and memberships is submitted to the International Board.
Three-year term
The appointment takes effect on the date of signature, for a non-renewable term of three years.
