Role & missions
The missions of the Delegate President
Appointed by the International President, in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations and after validation by the International Executive Board, the Regional Delegate President carries AIFE's work closest to the ground.

Represent AIFE at the level of her region.

Develop, unite and energise the network of women entrepreneurs in her region.

Draw up an annual action plan, validated by the Executive Board before implementation.

Organise activities, events and programmes consistent with AIFE's vision, with the approval of the Executive Board.

Manage the members of her region and ensure that 20% of membership fees are transferred to the AIFE headquarters.

Work closely with the International Board and submit a quarterly report on activities and memberships.

Uphold the values, ethics and image of AIFE.
Appointment
The act of appointment and its framework
The appointment is formalised in an official act signed by the International President and the Delegate President. This act cannot be downloaded online: it is drawn up and handed over directly by the association following a personal conversation. Here is its framework:
Annual action plan
A regional action plan is drawn up each year and submitted to the Executive Board for validation before implementation.
Membership fees
Regional memberships are managed locally; 20% of membership fees are transferred to the account of the AIFE headquarters.
Quarterly report
A quarterly report on all activities and memberships is submitted to the International Board.
Three-year term
The appointment takes effect on the date of signature, for a non-renewable term of three years.
