Women leaders gathered at an AIFE event

The Association

Objectives & Action Plan

The commitments that guide AIFE's work and the strategy that puts them into practice — in Morocco, Africa and internationally.

AIFE pursues eleven objectives, organised around four major pillars — to make women's leadership a driver of sustainable development.

  • Leadership & Participation

    • Reposition women — regionally and nationally — as key actors of sustainable development, in line with Morocco's royal vision for women's empowerment.
    • Involve women in decision-making, entrepreneurship and development dynamics — a strategic necessity in a fast-changing world.
    • Promote women's leadership across every sector of public and private life.
  • Entrepreneurship & Training

    • Encourage, support and accompany women's entrepreneurship, particularly among youth and in rural areas.
    • Offer training courses, seminars, workshops and mentoring programmes.
    • Train women in networking and raise their visibility, strengthening their empowerment through leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Network & Cooperation

    • Build a strong network of women entrepreneurs and leaders at regional, national, African and international levels.
    • Foster South-South cooperation among African women leaders and entrepreneurs, and extend it internationally.
    • Provide a space for reflection, action and opportunity, bringing together women leaders, entrepreneurs, young talents and allies from all backgrounds.
  • Rights & Inclusive Policy

    • Defend women's economic and social rights.
    • Contribute to shaping inclusive public policies in favour of women.

Action plan

Our development strategy

To achieve its objectives, AIFE deploys a three-pronged strategy, carried by its commissions, its Delegate Presidents and its Ambassadors.

  • Structure the network

Consolidate governance, energise Morocco's regions and develop National Chapters internationally, led by the Delegate Presidents and Ambassadors.

  • Support growth

Roll out training, mentoring and business-creation support, with a focus on youth and rural areas.

  • Cooperate and reach out

Develop institutional and financial partnerships, South-South cooperation and the international visibility of the network.
